Beers and Booking
The first step is to find a session time that suits you and book in your brew. To check out availability or make a booking click the "Book a Brew" button.
When you book, remember one "Brew Station Ticket" buys one 40 litre brew, which can be done solo or shared by up to three people. More people are welcome to observe the brewing from the bar area, or you can book multiple brew stations.
Once you've made your booking, you need to choose which beer you want to brew. If you're not sure what to brew, you can sample most of the beers at our bar. Let us know your choice at the start of your brewing session.

This is no stout or a porter, but an IPA with just enough dark malt to give it a bit of roasted character, without being overly bitter or sweet. We use 4 different NZ hops which give the beer notes of grapefruit, fresh gooseberries and lemon peel, which compliments the mild roastiness very well.
Turbo Charger APA
We've cloned this Turbo Charger APA recipe from a popular Wellington brewery. The beer has a smooth and well balanced malt body, with large amounts of hard to get hops: Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe and Columbus. These are added late in the boil, and in the dry hop to give the beer strong fruit and citrus notes, without being overly bitter.
